Introducing Generation Debt (Again)

So I've started a new biweekly column on Yahoo! Finance. You can read the introductory column here.

In the next few weeks I'll be writing about the GI Bill and student loan reforms in the news. I may have to scale back some blogging but I"ll do my best to stay on top of things.

What makes you an "expert", Anya? And why the come-hither pic on the Finance page? Put two and two together and it looks a little fishy...

Yes, I saw at Yahoo!
Nice to know that someone is interested in the subject. But, the problem is much bigger than you think.

If you haven't read it, I recommend "Goodbye America!" by Michael Rowbotham. Start from Chapter 8.

There are many other good sources, but I think this is a very good start.

Good Luck.

Congratulations on the new Yahoo! Finance column! I caught it by chance the other day and recognized your name.

This story is pathetic. It literally has no value. So what if we cast dispersions about one generation to the next. What was I suppose to take away from this?

I would suggest doing a little more studying, get some experience in defining what you want to say, and work with an editor that has a clue about what's of value to your readership. If you want to be Dear Abby, great, that doesn't take any education.
