Or why should you trust and employee who can't see the big picture to realize that when money isn't there to spend on matching contributions management had to make the tough decision to choose cutting jobs or temporarily cutting fringe benefits. I hope you get laid off some day at the expense of others' perks you ignorant hack!

This year I'm receiving no Christmas bonus... and I freaking grateful for that since it means I don't have to lay off any of my staff (or have as much of a chance of being laid off myself!) even though we're operating in the red for the year.

For being such a bleeding heart lib you sure are closed minded.
